Excellent dishes but above all excellent coffee and pastries. They recently purchased an oven and have increased the variety of bread available. The green chilaquiles with chicken are highly recommended. The place is small and the prices are super affordable.

I have known "Pizca de Sal" since 2017, it started in a small place where there was only one bar so three or four people could eat there. In the following years it has grown and offers service to more people and that makes me happy because I can share its flavor with my family. I like to frequent the place because the food they prepare has always been of great flavor and quality. The treatment of the staff is respectful and friendly, they even share with us recommendations such as the daily specials or how a certain drink is made. It is a cafeteria that has well defined its organization and protocols to offer good service. I have witnessed and understand (but do not share) that for many this organization is annoying, since they expect to find the deals offered by large chains where: the customer is right, the customer comes first, Internet is offered, connections are offered to charge devices, you order and pay at the table, you want a certain size of the drink, you want the coffee at a certain temperature and you want to sit for hours with the same drink. Piza de sal is not a chain, but it is a quiet place where you eat well and are treated well. I recommend trying: birria sandwich, chilaquiles with chicken, molletes with cochinita, ham and cheese sandwich, cheese and drugs sandwich, brownie, French bread, stuffed bread of the dead, chiles en nogada, matchachata, vanilla cold brew and others.

A great place to have breakfast and chat. The one star down for service is because the valet parking doesn't specify the hourly rate; it only says 40. But when they charge you, they tell you it's 40 for two hours and then charge you for the additional time. The atmosphere becomes less pleasant as more people arrive, as the place feels crowded and very hot. By midday, it becomes like an oven under the sun, and it feels very closed in. The food is delicious.
